Henri Raffin is a family business founded in 1937 in the Savoy region of the French Alps. The quality and character of our products are the result of four generations of know-how. The dully selection of meats, combined with traditional recipes and long maturing in the heart of the Alps give Henri Raffin specialties their character and unique taste.

Our products

Henri Raffin focuses on 4 product families: French salamis, air-dried hams, Savoy sausages, terrines. We specialize in 4 main areas of development: authentic charcuterie, specialties with old-fashioned recipes, premium products and charcuterie in the “healthy eating” category.
